1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Inaayra Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our applications.

Our applications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that our applications will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inaayra Tech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our applications.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inaayra Tech LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our applications.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

7.1 In-App Purchases

Our applications may offer in-app purchases, including subscriptions and one-time purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

7.2 Lifetime Access

"Lifetime" purchases grant you access for the operational lifetime of the application. This means:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

7.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

7.5 Feature Changes

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. Purchases grant access to the application's functionality as it exists at any given time, not to specific features that may change.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use our applications at any time, with or without cause or notice.

9. Service Discontinuation

We may discontinue any application at our discretion. When practicable, we will provide at least 90 days notice before permanent discontinuation of an application. For applications with local-only data storage, your data will remain accessible on your device until the application is no longer compatible with your operating system.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our applications after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inaayra Tech LLC regarding the use of our applications.
